Use of the service
You must use NDT Inspection Suite only for lawful business, training, reporting and inspection-support purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of job data, report content, client records, rates, invoices, uploaded images and any information you send to third parties.
NDT and AI responsibility
NDT Inspection Suite does not replace qualified inspection judgement, certification requirements, company procedures or applicable standards.
AI outputs, acceptance checks, wording suggestions and image/scan analysis are assistance tools only and must be reviewed by a competent person before use.
Do not use AI features to create unlawful, abusive, dangerous or deceptive material. Use the in-app Report output action if an AI response appears unsafe or offensive.
Company chat and acceptable use
Company chat must not be used for harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, unlawful material, impersonation, spam, malware or disclosure of information you are not authorised to share.
You can report a message or user and can block or unblock a private company-chat contact in the app. Blocking is enforced by the service for private conversations; reports are retained for safety review.
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or comply with law. Deliberately false or abusive reports are also prohibited.
Beta features
Some features may be experimental, incomplete or subject to change, including AI review tools, mobile sync, report building and accounting workflows.
You should keep independent copies of critical reports, records and client deliverables where required by your business or compliance process.
Accounts and integrations
You must only connect Xero, Dropbox, Google, Microsoft or other third-party services where you have authority to do so.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. NDT Inspection Suite is not responsible for outages or changes in third-party platforms.
