Information we collect
NDT Inspection Suite and connected services may store account details, company profile details, job records, client records, report templates, inspection reports, uploaded images, certificates, experience logs, commercial records and connected-service status.
When you sign in, authentication details are handled by the configured authentication provider. The app stores the workspace data needed to provide job, reporting, image and commercial workflows.
How information is used
Workspace data is used to operate the app, generate reports, keep job folders organised, support AI-assisted review features, calculate commercial records and connect approved accounting workflows.
AI-assisted features are review aids. Outputs must be checked by a competent person before being used for inspection decisions, reports or client communication.
Connected services
If you connect Xero, the connected NDT Inspection Suite service uses the authorised connection to create or support accounting records such as draft invoices. If you connect Dropbox, the service can access the nominated company folder to store and retrieve job photos, documents and completed PDFs. Each integration is limited by the permissions approved during connection.
Where AI features are used, relevant input may be sent to the configured AI service to generate a response or analysis result. Do not upload information you are not authorised to process.
Retention and control
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from the Android Account menu or at /account-deletion. Requests are normally completed within 30 days after the signed-in account is verified.
Authentication, personal workspace data, certificates, study progress, preferences and saved app connection credentials are included. Company-owned jobs, messages, issued reports, financial records, safety records and audit evidence may be transferred, de-identified or retained when law, contract, safety or accreditation obligations require it. Data already held independently by Dropbox, Google or Xero remains controlled through those services.
You are responsible for confirming that stored job, client, report, image and rate information is accurate and appropriate for your business requirements.
