Include the app version and build number, device model, Android/iOS/iPadOS version, feature or file extension and the steps that caused the issue. Add a non-confidential screenshot if useful. Do not send passwords or unsolicited confidential inspection records. Do not email inspection files unless support specifically asks and you are authorised to share them.
iPhone and iPad
The iOS app supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Import a supported NDE or ODAT file using the system file picker, or open a bundled demonstration scan. Ordinary scan viewing is local: importing a file does not automatically upload it.
The app keeps local scan copies and personal certificate or sight-test PDFs. Optional native cloud sync handles experience methods and logs only, not those PDFs. Account login, developer chat, online leaderboards and consent-based AI analysis require internet access when available. Some connected features are controlled by the public service configuration.
For an import problem, first try a bundled scan, then confirm the source file has finished downloading in Files and is a supported format. Install the latest App Store version, reopen the app and retry. Contact support with the version/build and reproduction steps if the issue remains.
Deleting the app removes its local copies, not the originals or exported copies in Files or another storage provider. It does not delete messages or leaderboard scores already submitted to an online service. Request removal through the support conversation or support email.
Android: supported workflow
The app is designed for Android 8.0 or later. It opens supported .nde and .odat files selected through Android's document picker and includes two demonstration scans that can be opened without selecting a file.
The public viewer does not require a login, subscription or internet connection for its core local viewing workflow. Optional account, company, notification and connected-service features may require sign-in and internet access.
Android: if a file does not open
First confirm that one of the bundled demonstration scans opens. If the samples work but an imported file does not, check that the source file finished copying or downloading and that it is a supported NDE or ODAT file.
Install the latest Play Store version, close and reopen the app, then select the file again from a location Android can access. If the problem remains, contact support with the non-confidential details listed above.
Inspection responsibility
The viewer is a review aid. Inspection interpretation, validation and acceptance remain the responsibility of appropriately qualified personnel working to the applicable procedure and code.
